Monica’s education began at the Colegio Americano de Guatemala, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Science and Literature in 1991. Later, she attended Universidad Rafael Landívar, where she pursued a degree in Clinical Psychology. Additionally, she trained as a Chef at the Instituto Femenino de Estudios Superiores (IFES) and received her degree in 2001.

In 2002, she obtained a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certificate from CIAV. Then, in 2017, she completed the TTT (Train The Trainer) for Finishing School (FS) certification program at Intecap. As a result, she acquired knowledge and skills in training techniques, adult learning principles, and best practices for the call center industry. In addition, she educated others in comprehending the English language and helped them improve their personal and professional lives.
